Today, our school community came together to honour and remember those who have lost their lives and those who have served in wars for our country. As part of our Remembrance Day observance, we held a moment of reflection and silence to show our respect and gratitude.
In class, the children created beautiful poppies which are now proudly displayed around the school as a symbol of remembrance and hope. It was also wonderful to see so many pupils wearing their Scouts, Guides, Brownies, Cubs and other uniformed group attire with pride — a powerful reminder of the values of service, community, and remembrance.
Lest we forget.
