Parent Pastoral Support Resources

Hello everyone, I'm Mrs Baker

(Previously Miss Mansell)

Please feel free to say hello when you see me around school! smiley

Please look out for our Environmentally Friendly Uniform Stall, just take what you need!

Or, drop an email to the school letting me know what you need and I will do my best to find some items and send them home to you.

If you have a particular concern or change with your child or within your family that you would like to make us aware of or to talk through, you can contact myself either by telephone or email:

Telephone: 02392 694412  Email: admin@gatcombeprimary.co.uk

Leave your name, your child's name and their class, asking for a telephone appointment, and I will contact you.

This way you can talk confidentially with myself (Mrs Baker) - Pastoral Lead/Trauma Informed/Emotion Coaching Practitioner).

(Please be mindful that I will not be able to return any emails during the holidays)

You can also use our Parent's & Care Giver's Board in our reception area for useful advice and support!

Take a look at the great HAF Activities every Winter, Easter and Summer Breaks.

https://www.pycportsmouth.co.uk/haffunpompey/

The activities are free to anyone receiving benefit related free school meals. However, they do also offer pay as you go places that are open to all.

If you are interested, please do not delay in applying as they often get fully booked quite quickly!

Environmentally Friendly Uniform Shop!

It is very important to us as a school to play our part in looking after the environment, so please feel free to take a look through our uniform.

The uniform is located opposite the Library, the cupboard and boxes are labelled, so take whatever you wish, it is all free.

All that we ask is that you please leave the area and boxes as you found them.

Also, that you use the end of the day to come in to look through the items.

Weather and time permitting, the uniform will occasionally be outside on the benches at the end of the school day.
